What are your Policies on Safety?

Safety is the top priority at All Out Paintball, and we continue to operate with no injuries to date. However, as with any activity, paintball has some potential risks. We go over an important set of rules before you begin to ensure you know how to safely navigate the equipment and understand the safety requirements of the field. You will be asked to acknowledge these rules, as well as fill out a waiver of liability before you may participate.


Are the Goggles Washed After Every Use?

Yes after each use the goggles are completely disassembled, washed, and disinfected. 


Do I Need to Make Reservations?

Reservations for a weekend are not required but are HIGHLY recommended to ensure that the field isn't booked out. Reservations for weekday time slots are required and are only available by calling to book. If you plan on coming with short notice for a weekend time slot, calling before you come is the best thing you can do to ensure availability

How Far in Advance Should I Make a Reservation?

Reservations for a weekend are not required but are HIGHLY recommended to ensure that the field isn't booked out. We recommend scheduling your event as early as possible. If you plan on scheduling within a week from your event we recommend calling or messaging us to ensure availability.


Do you Require a Deposit?

When you book a party reservation, we require a small deposit based on the number of players in your party. This payment is non-refundable and goes towards the cost of the event. If you need to change or postpone your event you may reschedule.


What is your Cancellation Policy?

If there is inclement weather, your plans are forced to change, or for any other reason you are not able to attend your scheduled party, we are happy to reschedule your reservation with the full amount of your deposit being applied for future use. Groups or players that do not contact the field within 48 hours of the scheduled event will forfeit their deposit.


Is there a Minimum or Maximum Number of Players Required to book a Private Party or Event?

We are one of the only fields in N.Y that does not require a minimum number of players. If you would like to schedule any size party do not hesitate to call or message us. We also have no maximum number of players as over 100 rental setups are available. 


Do you offer a Group Discount?

No, there are no group discounts available. Our prices are unmatched and offer a great deal of value with each purchase. We continue offering the lowest prices to allow everyone to enjoy the field. Our commitment to our customers is to continue to offer a great experience with the same low-cost year after year.


Do I Need to Bring My Own Equipment or Can I Rent It at the Field?

No you do not need to bring anything with you to play, anything someone may need we have for you to use. However, you may bring your own equipment to use, pending a safety check from our staff.


What Rental Equipment is used at the Field?

All Out Paintball only uses the highest quality equipment available to ensure you have the best experience possible. The equipment is cleaned and maintained after each use to ensure proper working order.


Can I Bring My Own Paintballs?

No. Only field paintballs are allowed at All Out Paintball. We only offer the highest quality paintballs to ensure that the ingredients being used are safe for our participants, the equipment at the field, and the environment. Leftover paintballs bought from the field can be used on your next visit.


Can I Bring Food or Drink to the Field? 

Yes! You may bring whatever food and beverages you would like. We do not offer food at the field, however, we are happy to provide recommendations for pizza and finger foods or restaurant ideas for after your day of paintball. We also offer complimentary water to everyone at the field, that's right any water bottles are 100% FREE!


How Much Time Do We Have for a Party or Event?

Another great perk of All Out Paintball is we have NO time limit. If you're having fun, so are we. Enjoy your time here at the facility without the worry of running out of time. The only exception to this is our GEL Blaster Parties which are limited to 2 hours.


Is there a Time Limit for each Game, and How Many Games Can I Play in One Day?

Each game length varies slightly as each group and field plays a little differently. However, the games are typically more fast-paced with lots of action to provide the best experience. Each field is strategically designed to keep the games moving and enjoyable. Each group will play a different number of games.


Are there different game scenarios or formats we can play?

Yes, we offer multiple different scenarios such as, team deathmatch, capture the flag, hardpoint, infected, and many others. You may even suggest your own ideas!


What Should I Wear to the Field?

We suggest dressing for whatever the weather conditions are. Old clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty are recommended. We also recommend bringing a change of clothes to avoid having to ride home in your dirty pair.


Will the Paint Wash Out of Clothes?

Yes, the paint will wash out of your clothes, however, we can't promise that stains from the ground won't occur. We recommend old clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty.
